Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. (PBS) is a BCBA-owned organization seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team delivering ethical, person-centered ABA services across home, school, and community settings.

You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and student analysts, and help ensure high-quality care for clients while supporting families and providers.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to sit on the floor and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conducting FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Providing supervision and training to team members and stakeholders who support clients' success.
• Implementing ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
