Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join a mission-driven team providing high-quality ABA services to clients across home, school, and community settings.

The role includes supervising staff, designing interventions, and collaborating with families while upholding BACB ethics and PBS standards. Travel to client locations is required, with a strong focus on life-changing outcomes for families.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree from an accredited program.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
