Job summary

Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join a collaborative, mission-driven team dedicated to improving lives through ethical, person-centered ABA services.

You will supervise and mentor staff while designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs tailored to each client’s needs. Qualifications

• BCBA/BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and training to team members and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
