Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate BCBA or BCaBA to join our mission-driven team. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school and community settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with BACB and a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and overseeing behavior intervention plans.
• Supervising and mentoring Behavior Assistants, RBTs, and Student Analysts.
• Conducting FBAs and developing individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with families and other professionals to support client progress.
• Analyzing data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans.
• Ensuring compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies.
