Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team in Utah. The successful candidate will assess, design, and implement ABA treatment plans for clients, while supervising technicians and collaborating with families and professionals.

The role emphasizes data-driven program changes, regular progress review, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and Utah LBA license.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Experience supervising behavior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians.
• Meet with the treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement plans.
• Review reports and session notes regularly.
• Analyze ABA data and adjust programs based on data.
• Write reports summarizing progress for supervisees.
