Job summary

Ready Set Connect in Tilton, NH is seeking a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral supports for children with autism in the clinic setting.

You will supervise ABA Therapists and BCBA Candidates, conduct VBMAPP/PEAK/AFLS/FBA assessments, create treatment plans, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field, preferably BACB accredited.
• BACB certification/credential for ABA
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards
• Experience with ACE ABA Data System
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Develop behavior change and intervention plans using data to meet treatment objectives.
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Ensure treatment plans comply with contract requirements, insurance standards, and professional guidelines.
• Supervise ABA Therapists, BCBA Candidates, and RBTs as needed.
• Provide parent training in home and clinic settings.
• Maintain data collection, analysis systems for interventions.
• Deliver consultations to schools and external agencies as contracted.
• Lead clinical staff meetings and ongoing staff development.
