Job summary

Gersh Autism Academy's Ready Set Connect division in Manchester, NH is seeking a Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst to plan, develop, and monitor ABA-based treatment options for children with autism. The BCBA will supervise ABA Therapists and BCBA candidates, develop comprehensive treatment plans, and report to the Regional Director.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with occasional weekend hours and site travel as needed. A $10,000 Sign On Bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field.
• BACB certification for Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Solid knowledge of ABA and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop behavior change plans based on assessments and data.
• Conduct VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Ensure treatment plans meet contracts, insurance certs, and professional standards.
• Supervise ABA Therapists and BCBA Candidates.
• Provide data collection and analysis across interventions.
• Deliver consultation to schools and outside agencies as requested.
