Job summary

Gersh Autism in Concord, NH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support services for children with autism. You will supervise ABA Therapists and BCBA candidates, oversee treatment plans, and provide training in-clinic and at home.

The role reports to the Regional Director and requires data-driven assessment, fidelity to ABA standards, and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field required.
• BACB certification required.
• Strong data-driven assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to supervise ABA Therapists and BCBA candidates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support service delivery in clinic settings.
• Oversee and supervise RBTs, BCaBA, and BCBA candidates.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans aligned with ABA standards.
• Provide training and supervision in clinic and home settings.
• Ensure data collection and analysis systems are in place and HIPAA compliant.
• Deliver consultation services to schools and external agencies.
