Job summary
Ready Set Connect Autism Centers is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to plan, develop, and monitor a range of behavioral support services in the clinic setting for children with autism spectrum disorders. The BCBA will oversee ABA Therapists and BCBA candidates, delivering proactive, educational, behavioral supports and comprehensive treatment plans.
Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm with flexibility; some weekend site coverage and travel to other sites may be required.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in psychology or related field (BACB accredited preferred).
- BACB Certification required for Applied Behavior Analysts.
- Ability to work with ACE ABA Data System.
Responsibilities
- Develop behavior change and intervention plans based on assessments.
- Conduct VB-MAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
- Ensure treatment plans meet contract, insurance, and professional standards.
- Provide supervision to ABA Therapists, BCBA candidates, and RBTs.
- Establish data collection and analysis systems for interventions.
- Deliver school consultations and participate in parent meetings as needed.
