Job summary

Gersh Autism Academy in Concord, New Hampshire, is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral supports for children with autism within the RSC Clinic setting.

The BCBA will oversee therapy staff, ensure compliance with clinical and insurance requirements, and deliver data-driven treatment plans while reporting to the Regional Director. Eligible candidates have a Master’s in psychology and BACB certification, with a focus on ABA principles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field, preferably from a BACB accredited program.
• BACB certification in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• Solid knowledge of the principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor behavioral support plans for children with autism.
• Conduct assessments such as VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Supervise ABA Therapists, RBTs, BCaBA, and BCBA candidates.
• Deliver data-driven analysis and maintain data collection systems.
• Provide parent and school consultation and training.
