Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in Alpharetta, GA. You will design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs for children, supervise RBTs and caregivers, and conduct assessments to tailor interventions.

The position features a relocation package up to $15,000, flexible scheduling, a manageable caseload, and a collaborative culture with mentorship and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to start date.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral interventions (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Be willing and able to supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly.
• Execute other typical BCBA activities.
