ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs with children and families, ensuring high-quality care within our clinical infrastructure.

You will design and oversee programs, supervise RBTs, perform assessments, and support colleagues pursuing BCBA certification; we offer a sign-on bonus up to $20k, relocation up to $15k, student loan forgiveness up to $24k, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Initiate state licensure prior to start date if required.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
