ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families. The role emphasizes overseeing RBT-driven implementations, conducting functional assessments, and guiding staff toward BCBA certification.

The position offers a full-time schedule with competitive compensation in Georgia, plus ongoing professional development support and a relocation package up to $15,000.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required
• Active BCBA certification required
• Initiate state licensure before start date when required
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
• Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance)
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities
