Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy for children and families in the Fayetteville area. You will design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs while overseeing RBT and caregiver implementation.

You’ll supervise others pursuing BCBA certification weekly, collaborate with a clinical leadership team, and participate in the growth and innovation that earned the company industry recognition.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Clean background/drug screen and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference, functional, staff performance).
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other BCBA activities.
