Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in McDonough, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children and families. You will oversee RBTs and caregivers, conduct assessments, and support colleagues working toward BCBA certification.

This full-time position offers a salary of $95,000 to $120,000, relocation assistance up to $15,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date (if required).
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
