Job summary

ABA Centers of Georgia in Warner Robins, GA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, and supervise behavior-analytic programs for children and families. This full-time role offers a relocation package up to $10K, a strong clinical infrastructure, and opportunities to mentor RBTs and grow within the organization.

You will lead assessments, supervise staff weekly, and advance therapies with data-driven results, backed by our academy and leadership support.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
