Job summary

Bancroft in Mt. Laurel, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead and supervise ABA services within an interdisciplinary team.

You will direct assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, oversee clients’ skill acquisition, and manage Behavior Support Specialists while performing direct clinical work. The role is full-time and in-person within the Children’s Community program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required; New Jersey licensure in behavior analysis is required.
• Experience in functional assessment and treatment development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and oversees the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plans.
• Leads the development and implementation of behavior plans including functional behavior assessments and treatment evaluations.
• Engages in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.
• Identifies training needs and conducts trainings to maintain staff competency.
• Oversees admission, transition, and discharge processes and conducts rounds for case reviews.
• Acts as a behavior analysis expert to the interdisciplinary team.
• Contributes to research presentations to internal and external audiences.
• Serves as a clinical supervisor, directly supervising Behavior Support Specialists.
