Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in New Jersey seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead assessment and intervention services for children with ASD. The role offers a base salary around $100,000, total compensation up to about $121,600, 25 hours/week center-based schedule, and generous benefits including CEUs, 401(k), and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA certification.
• Completion of BCBA supervision training.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of NJ.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop individualized BIPs based on assessment outcomes.
• Design, implement, and modify ABA-based treatment programs.
• Train and supervise BTs, RBTs, and other team members on intervention strategies.
• Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans as needed.
• Ensure consistent, accurate data collection for all target behaviors and treatment objectives.
• Analyze treatment data to guide clinical decisions.
• Provide ongoing training and support to families and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
• Communicate updates and recommendations to families.
