Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Education, or related field with focus on Applied Behavior Analysis.
• BCBA certification — active and in good standing.
• Georgia LBA licensure or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized behavior intervention services via supervision and direction.
• Conduct initial assessments using MATS-approved curriculum and tools.
• Create individualized treatment plans and conduct Functional Behavior Assessments.
