Job summary

Damar Services, Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA clinical programs in Indianapolis. The Program Manager will supervise RBTs, develop treatment plans, and ensure data-driven decisions across client caseloads.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree with BCBA certification is required.
• Indiana Behavior Analyst License is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with autism spectrum disorders; 18 months ABA experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a BCBA; CPR and Critical Moments Training certifications.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to RBTs and support clinical staff.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clinical oversight.
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans and training materials.
• Attend meetings, provide feedback, and deliver additional training.
• Manage caseloads and ensure data-driven service delivery.
