Job summary

A specialized ABA service provider in Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop individualized behaviors plans, supervise RBTs, and evaluate treatment effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and BCBA certification, with experience in serving individuals with ASD. Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain LBA in IN.
• Experience providing services to individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs.
• Supervise clients and RBTs in-person and remotely.
• Create observable and measurable goals.
• Collaborate with families and staff for supportive environments.
• Clinically review assigned RBT session notes.
• Conduct training for caregivers.
• Maintain communication with clients and staff.
• Ensure completion of clinical documentation.
• Maintain accurate client records.
