Job summary

A behavioral health service provider in Lafayette, Indiana is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop individualized treatment plans and supervise clients and RBTs. The ideal candidate will hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and have a BCBA certification. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis required.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Must be willing to obtain LBA in IN.
• Experience providing services to individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed.
• Supervise clients and RBTs in-person and via video calls.
• Collaborate with families and staff for behavior support.
• Conduct training for caregivers to ensure consistency.
• Complete all clinical documentation in a timely manner.
