Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Must be willing to obtain LBA in IN.
• Experience providing services to individuals with ASD.

Responsibilities

• Develop and write individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs for positive outcomes.
• Supervise clients, RBTs, and BCBA candidates.
• Create specific, observable, and measurable goals.
• Collaborate with families and professionals for behavior change.
• Review RBT session notes regularly.
• Conduct training for caregivers to ensure skills generalization.
• Maintain open communication with clients, families, and staff.
• Ensure timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
