Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a growing practice. The role offers 75% remote work with approximately 25% in-person supervision for clients and RBTs.

Administrative support is provided to minimize scheduling and paperwork, enabling a strong clinical focus. The position offers leadership and growth opportunities in a collaborative, clinician-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland LBA license.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while completing remaining responsibilities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
