Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This 75% remote role combines flexible scheduling with dedicated in-person supervision about 25% of the time to support clients and RBTs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and Maryland LBA license.
• Experience supervising RBTs is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans and documentation in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
