Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a team that prioritizes manageable caseloads and strong administrative support. The role offers 75% remote flexibility with approximately 25% in-person supervision to clients and RBTs.

You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, conduct functional assessments, and develop individualized plans while ensuring compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements. A supportive culture and growth opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Active Maryland LBA license.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide approximately 25% in-person supervision while completing remaining responsibilities remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
