Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a 75% remote role in Maryland. The position includes approximately 25% in-person supervision of RBTs and BCaBAs, with administrative support handling scheduling and authorizations, enabling you to focus on high-quality clinical care.

You'll supervise, assess, and develop treatment plans, ensure Maryland regulatory compliance, and collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers while maintaining a manageable

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Active Maryland LBA license required.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and make data-driven clinical decisions.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary providers.
• Complete treatment plans, supervision notes, and clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Maryland regulations and payer requirements.
