Job summary

Big Dreamers ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Maryland team with 75% remote work and about 25% in-person supervision. We provide administrative support to focus on clinical care, with opportunities for leadership growth.

The role requires BCBA certification and Maryland LBA eligibility. You will supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, analyze progress, and collaborate with families, maintaining compliance with regulations and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and Maryland LBA license active.
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to provide 25% in-person supervision while Remote work remaining tasks are done remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small, quality-focused caseload.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client progress and adjust treatment decisions based on data.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
