Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to perform home-based assessments and deliver ABA interventions to children and others with diverse needs. This role offers full-time hours, a small caseload, and a comprehensive benefits package including a laptop and 401K.

Income includes an incentive program up to $6000 annually, with paid holidays and PTO. Candidates should have BCBA credential and relevant experience in ABA settings.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with active credential
• Minimum 1 year experience with diverse client populations
• Knowledge of ethics, laws, and best practices in ABA interventions

Responsibilities

• Go to homes to complete assessments
• Implement ABA interventions with clients
• Collect, analyze data and track progress
• Communicate progress and recommendations to families
