Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will visit homes and perform assessments, delivering high-quality 1:1 ABA services to individuals with special needs.

We offer competitive pay, full-time hours, a small caseload, a provided laptop, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with match. An annual incentive up to $6000 is available.

Qualifications

• Must be BCBA certified as verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adolescents and/or adults with various special needs.
• Proficient in Office 365 and ABA software platforms; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
