Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its team in Fairfax, Virginia. Qualifications

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethical regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data and modify treatment plans.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
