Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Behavior Therapist (BT) in Bayville, NJ to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy for children. As a BT, you will work under a BCBA, implementing treatment plans for behavioral management and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities.
• 6 months of ABA Experience (preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement specific treatment plans for children's behavioral management.
• Ensure children's safety and well-being during therapy.
