At Autism Center of Excellence, our mission is to help children with autism achieve independence and gain confidence by providing best-in-class ABA services. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our growing clinical team in Fayetteville, NC.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCaBA who wants to expand their clinical skills, work alongside experienced behavior analysts, and build a long-term career with an organization that values professional development and quality care.

As a BCaBA with Autism COE, you will work under appropriate BCBA supervision while helping support treatment quality, direct-care staff, families, and meaningful outcomes for children with autism.

COMPENSATION

$70,000–$80,000 Total Earning Potential (Base Salary + Bonus Potential)

Total earning potential includes base salary plus applicable performance-based bonus opportunities. Bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is subject to the terms and eligibility requirements of the applicable bonus program.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision
  • Analyze client data and assist with data-driven treatment recommendations and program modifications within your scope of practice
  • Provide clinical support, training, and feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Conduct observations and support treatment integrity and quality of care
  • Assist with caregiver training and support
  • Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and members of the clinical team
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Support ethical, evidence-based ABA practices and positive client outcomes
  • Participate in clinical meetings, training, and professional development activities
WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time position based in the Fayetteville, NC market. Responsibilities may involve services and clinical activities across settings based on client and organizational needs.

The position requires reasonable scheduling flexibility based on client and operational needs. As operations and client needs evolve, occasional Saturdays may be required.

Requirements
  • Active Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification in good standing required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field
  • Ability to practice within applicable certification, supervision, state, and payer requirements
  • Experience working with children with autism preferred
  • Experience supporting, training, or providing feedback to BTs/RBTs preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, data analysis, communication, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to ethical and evidence-based ABA services
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks and pre-employment requirements
