Job summary
Centria Autism is seeking a BCaBA to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy within our collaborative centers. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, helping develop and adjust individualized behavior plans while collecting data to support treatment decisions.
You will engage families through training and ensure assent-based, child-centered care. We offer mentorship from experienced BCBAs and substantial professional development opportunities to advance your career.
Qualifications
- BCaBA credential and supervision experience.
- Experience overseeing Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
- Experience with ABA data collection and treatment planning.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
- Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
- Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
- Collect and analyze client data and collaborate with BCBAs for data-driven decisions.
- Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training.
- Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
