Job summary

Autism 360 is growing and we're looking for a compassionate, motivated BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to join our clinical team!

As BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll supervise ABA treatment plan implementations, mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians, and train parents and caregivers. You'll collaborate with BCBAs to support learners and families in a positive, growth‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and families.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Coach, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Partner with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies.
• Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members.

What You'll Do

As a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact not only with our learners and families, but with the team members you support.

You'll:

• Supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans
