Job summary

Autism 360 is hiring a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team in Matthews, NC. This onsite, full-time role offers $75,000-$85,000 per year and a Monday–Friday schedule, with opportunities for mentorship and professional growth.

You will supervise ABA treatment plan implementation, coach RBTs, train parents, and collaborate with BCBAs to enhance learner outcomes in a supportive, team-first environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ABA principles.
• Ability to coach, communicate, collaborate, and build strong relationships.
• Passion for helping learners and the team grow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Coach, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Partner with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies.
• Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness.

What You'll Do
