Job summary

Autism 360 in Gastonia, NC is seeking a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor to supervise ABA programs, coach staff, and train families. You’ll collaborate with BCBAs and support learners and their families daily.

We offer mentorship, manageable caseloads, pathways toward BCBA, and FREE BCBA supervision hours, including hours accrued during work hours, plus in-house CEUs and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ABA principles.
• Ability to coach, communicate, collaborate, and build relationships.
• Passion for helping learners and team members grow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Coach, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Partner with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and strategies.
• Monitor learner progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Create a positive, supportive clinical environment.

What You'll Do

As a BCaBA Clinical Supervisor, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact not only with our learners and families, but with the team members you support.

You’ll:
