Job summary

Autism 360 is seeking a compassionate BCaBA Clinical Supervisor in Shelby, NC, onsite, to mentor staff, supervise ABA treatment plans, and collaborate with BCBAs to support learners and families.

You will supervise RBTs, conduct caregiver training, and contribute to a positive clinical environment with strong mentorship and opportunities for growth. Salaries range from $75,000 to $85,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ABA principles.
• Ability to coach, communicate, collaborate, and build strong relationships.
• Passion for helping both learners and team members grow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Coach, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Partner with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies.
• Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help create a positive, supportive clinical environment where learners and team members can thrive.

What You'll Do
