Job summary

Autism 360 is seeking a compassionate BCaBA Clinical Supervisor in Charlotte, NC (University Area). This onsite role offers a salary of $75,000–$85,000 annually, full-time with Monday–Friday workdays, and mentoring to grow your ABA career.

You’ll supervise ABA treatment plans, coach RBTs, train caregivers, and collaborate with BCBAs to improve learner outcomes, while enjoying supportive leadership and opportunities for professional advancement.

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with autism and their families.
• Strong knowledge and practical application of ABA principles.
• Ability to coach, communicate, collaborate, and build strong relationships.
• Passion for helping both learners and team members grow.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the implementation of individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Coach, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
• Conduct parent and caregiver training.
• Partner with BCBAs to develop behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies.
• Monitor learner progress, clinical outcomes, and treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with families, BCBAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Help create a positive, supportive clinical environment where learners AND team members can thrive.

What You'll Do
