Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in Michigan seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support individualized ABA treatment for children and adolescents with autism. You will work under a BCBA supervisor, collect learner data, and help families and the clinical team build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and current BCaBA certification.
• Michigan LABA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with children with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under supervision of a BCBA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Coach and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support learner outcomes.
• Maintain clinical documentation and HIPAA/compliance standards.
