Hope Network’s Center for Autism in East Lansing seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents with ASD. You will work under a BCBA, develop individualized programs, collect data, coach Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families to build communication, social, and life skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential or eligibility to obtain Michigan licensure.
• Experience with children who have Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively under BCBA supervision.

Responsabilités

• Support development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Provide guidance and feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Support staff training related to ABA principles and learner programming.
• Provide direct ABA services when appropriate.
• Participate in treatment team and parent meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and professionals to support learner outcomes.
• Communicate learner progress and treatment recommendations to team.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
