Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide evidence-basedABA services to children and adolescents with autism under BCBA supervision.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collect and analyze data, coach Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field is required.
• Current BCaBA certification through BACB is required.
• Current Michigan LABA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.
• Experience with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Provide guidance and feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Support staff training related to ABA principles.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in parent and treatment team meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and professionals to support learner outcomes.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to the team.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards, Michigan licensure, HIPAA, and policies.
