Hope Network Behavioral Health is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) for the Center for Autism in East Lansing. You will support individualized ABA treatment, analyze learner data, and coach Behavior Technicians under BCBA supervision.

Your role involves collaborating with families and clinical teams to build communication, social, behavioral, and life skills, while maintaining documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan LABA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental disabilities.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Support development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Support staff training related to ABA principles and learner programming.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
