Job summary

Hope Network’s Center for Autism in East Lansing is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to deliver evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents with autism, under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll help tailor treatment plans, collect data, and support families and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification (BACB).
• Michigan LABA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with children with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration under supervision.
• Ability to work with BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of individualized ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Coach and support Behavior Technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain compliance with BACB standards, Michigan licensure, HIPAA, and Hope Network policies.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in parent meetings, treatment team meetings, trainings, and other clinical meetings.
• Promote a safe, positive environment for learners and families.
