Hope Network’s Center for Autism is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder in East Lansing. You will work under BCBA supervision, collect and analyze learner data, and coach Behavior Technicians to implement treatment plans.

You’ll participate in parent meetings, collaborate with families and clinical staff, and ensure documentation aligns with BACB standards, Michigan

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Michigan Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.

Responsabilités

• Support development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Provide guidance and feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Support staff training related to ABA principles and learner programming.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in parent meetings and clinical team meetings.
• Communicate progress and treatment recommendations to the team.
