Job summary

Hope Network’s Center for Autism in East Lansing seeks a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to provide evidence-based ABA services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder under BCBA supervision. You will contribute to individualized treatment programs, collect progress data, and mentor Behavior Technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification.
• Current Michigan LABA credential or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience with children with ASD or developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively under BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and analyze learner data to evaluate progress and inform treatment decisions.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Coach and support Behavior Technicians implementing treatment plans.
• Support staff training related to ABA principles and learner programming.
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate.
• Participate in family and treatment team meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, families, and professionals to support learner outcomes.
• Communicate learner progress and treatment recommendations to the team.
• Complete clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA/compliance.
