Job summary

Hope Network Center for Autism in East Lansing is seeking a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support individualized ABA programs for children and adolescents with ASD under BCBA supervision.

You will collect data, help with assessments, coach Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to promote communication, social, behavioral, and life skills. This opportunity offers growth within a supportive ABA team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
• Current BCaBA certification through BACB.
• Current Michigan LABA credential or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Experience with ASD or developmental disabilities desirable.
• Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of individualized ABA treatment programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect, analyze, and monitor learner data to evaluate progress.
• Assist with behavioral assessments and clinical programming.
• Coach and provide feedback to Behavior Technicians.
• Participate in parent meetings and treatment team meetings.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Maintain BACB ethics, Michigan licensure requirements, HIPAA, and policies.
