Job summary

Compleat KiDZ seeks a compassionate BCaBA to oversee RBTs within ABA care plans, working with BCBA's to ensure high-quality services. You will supervise, train families, and support clinical outcomes while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include direct and indirect supervision, treatment plan implementation, progress monitoring, and thorough documentation. Partner with families and physicians to ensure compliant, ethical care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA certification.
• Active BCaBA certification through BACB.
• New grad or at least one year of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs and offer guidance on learner progress.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing individualized ABA plans and interventions.
• Provide direct patient care, including treatment implementation and caregiver training.
• Monitor learner progress and collaborate with clinical staff for outcomes.
• Educate families on home-based strategies with written resources.
• Maintain clinical documentation and review supervision records.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and team to coordinate care.
• Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to ethical standards.
