Job summary

Compleat KiDZ is a network of pediatric clinics seeking an experienced BCaBA to oversee RBTs and implement ABA plans of care under supervision from BCBAs. You will work closely with licensed professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong assessment, documentation, and coordination skills, with a focus on compliant, evidence-based practice across our clinic teams.

Qualifications

• Pass a Background Check.
• Holds certification from the BACB as a BCaBA.
• Strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills.
• At least one year participating in an ABA program with supervision experience of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to clinic-based RBTs in delivering ABA plans of care.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other licensed professionals on the Compleat KiDZ team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress.
