Job summary

Compleat KiDZ seeks a compassionate BCaBA Supervisor to oversee RBTs and support BCBA-developed ABA plans of care. You will provide clinical oversight, patient care, and caregiver training in a collaborative team environment.

Eligible BCaBA candidates with BCBA pathway experience are welcome, including new grads with ABA exposure. The role emphasizes growth and professional development within a pediatric ABA practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required.
• Eligibility to obtain BCaBA Certification.
• Active BCaBA certification required.
• New grad or at least one year of ABA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect supervision to RBTs with guidance and feedback.
• Assist BCBAs in developing and implementing individualized ABA plans and interventions.
• Provide direct patient care and clinician training to caregivers.
• Monitor learner progress and collaborate with clinical team for outcomes.
• Educate families on home-based strategies with written resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and co-sign supervision records as needed.
• Coordinate care with physicians and clinical team members.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional standards.
